Course Enrollment –
Your enrollment is confirmed only after the successful payment of the applicable course fee. Students are requested to carefully review the course details, duration, batch timings, and other relevant information before completing the registration process.
Cancellation Policy –
Students who wish to cancel their enrollment are requested to inform Speak Well Spoken English Institute as early as possible. Cancellation requests must be submitted through our official contact number, email address, or by visiting the institute. Cancellation requests made after the commencement of classes may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy –
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the course, the stage of enrollment, and the institute’s policies at the time of registration. If a student qualifies for a refund under the applicable terms, the approved refund will be processed within a reasonable period through the original mode of payment whenever possible.
Course Transfers –
Students may request to transfer their enrollment to another batch or course, subject to seat availability and approval by the institute. Speak Well Spoken English Institute reserves the right to accept or decline such requests based on operational requirements.
Missed Classes –
Students are encouraged to attend all scheduled classes regularly. Missed classes due to personal reasons generally do not qualify for refunds or fee adjustments. Where possible, the institute may provide alternative learning support or batch adjustments at its discretion.
Institute Rights –
Speak Well Spoken English Institute reserves the right to modify batch schedules, course timings, trainers, course content, or training methods whenever necessary to maintain the quality of education. Such changes shall not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund.
Exceptional Circumstances –
Any refund or cancellation request arising from exceptional situations will be reviewed individually by the institute. Decisions regarding such requests will be made at the sole discretion of Speak Well Spoken English Institute.
